The graphic design study program is very different among students because it depends on the electives taken by each student.
I think the faculty makes available to students more computers and software tools or software licenses needed for a complete work, but even if they have access, it is difficult . In my humble opinion, I would also think that the university needs a massive leveling, it is necessary for all the years since the pandemic started. Maybe I would have changed the infrastructure of the university because we need a better field to perform the sports required by the program.
I would also like to point out that i would like a more general course where faculty careers converge in terms of affect and gender. I think people need basic and general training to know how to deal with diverse people without disrespecting their beliefs or values. I would also like to add that the course had many hours of class time per week and this is very exhausting.
I am very grateful for the analog printmaking tools because thanks to this knowledge i have been able to bring my creative process to something methodical and formal.
I agree with you in a lot of points, it would have been very interesting to held a class that could connected gender and maybe another themes like climate change in the programme.
